The company offers unique, modern logistics solutions, including the design and installation of integrated storage and transport systems in warehouses. The company’s product portfolio includes forklifts, racks, conveyor belts, and rollers, and the company also provides complex, custom automation solutions powered through several proprietary products developed by its R&D department.

The company has its own design office and a modern production plant for material handling systems. Currently, the company is implementing an investment project related to the construction of an additional production site.



Our Client would like to appoint a top-class senior executive to hold the position of a CEO and President

of the Board. The current CEO will join the Supervisory Board.


The new CEO will be an agile leader and change-agent with superior people skills and solid strategic capacity, determined to continuously create value for shareholders and drive the company's profitable growth on domestic and European markets. 


He/she will be expected to provide leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has processes and resources in place that will boost the growth of the organisation, its financial strength and operating efficiency. The principal goal is to build and develop the position of the company

as one of the top European players in the warehousing automation market.  



  • Consistent commitment to stimulating business and financial results with the aim to deliver a two- to threefold increase in revenues and EBITDA within 3-4 years. 

  • Developing and implementing operational strategy leading to definite plans and actions that build and sustainably drive the revenue and profit growth, underpinned with expansion strategy for the regions/countries. 

  • Further development of profitable Client relationships within relevant industries leading to significant volume growth and stable, margin focused business with major accounts. 

  • Positioning and driving innovation of the company’s products and services portfolio in order to create value-added business.

  • Strategic goals’ and KPIs’ setting for all functional business areas.

  • Building further the capability of the organization, constantly working on processes, structures, and fostering relevant skills and competencies within the core teams.

  • Driving and supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

  • Identifying and addressing business risks and opportunities.

  • Introducing and maintaining an organizational culture built upon client orientation and high engagement.​




  • Previous experience as a General Manager/ CEO of a business offering industrial solutions and products in a B2B environment, preferably together with R&D/engineering and manufacturing functions.

  • Possibly: previous experience as Head of large scale/ regional BU in mentioned sector.

  • Preferred sector experience: industrial automation, industrial engineering. 

  • Proven track record in significant increasing company value and building strategic business capabilities (revenue, systems, and people). 

  • International business development experience would be an asset. 

  • Managing a business with high pace of innovation, growth, and change. 

  • Perfect understanding of company’s financial framework, previous P&L responsibility. 

  • Managing large teams (200+ people). 

  • Change management experience.

  • Experience in working with demanding and active shareholders would be a plus.


  • University degree preferably in Engineering. 

  • MBA or equivalent.

  • Fluent English.
