THE POSITION

Our Client is creating an ecosystem that offers personalized experience to customers. The company has a strong leadership position in markets in which it operates and offers both a classifieds marketplace to full online used car sales experience with super-fast execution.

Chief Marketing Officer Motors Europe will work as part of EU leadership to strengthen and support growth strategy, budget planning, data driven processes automation, executing it with local teams across EU.

The company is looking for someone who is able to take marketing to the next level, introducing automation in digital advertising, clear tracking with contribution assignment and who is able to build cases for investment.

Key Challenges

  • To develop and execute a strategy aimed at driving growth and achieving high ROI across the motors business . This will include identifying, prioritising and driving all measures for boosting user numbers in order to help achieve financial and product targets.

  • To manage the architecture of all Motors brands and platforms in Europe, including Poland, Portugal, Romania and Ukraine.​

  • To develop a highly effective cooperation with local marketing teams with focus on measurement of all marketing activities.

Responsibilites

  • Lead EU marketing strategy and execution with support of the local team.

  • Define Brand values and positioning of Motors;

  • Optimize all contents to maximize SEO of Motors;

  • Budget planning

  • Putting in place a set of KPIs / digital cockpit , that can drive marketing spending decisions. This should include measuring all marketing spending, with focus on ATL and performance budgets.

  • Measure how marketing activities impact business metrics such as: Revenue, ARPU, etc., process automation.

  • Supporting business growth and creating investment cases to accelerate Goal

  • Executing coherent strategy across EU Motors Ecosystem.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Experience

  • Experience with managing several brands on several markets, working in matrix structure as Regional Head of Marketing or Regional Head of Growth

  • E-commerce marketing environment experience - experience in growth / performance marketing / marketing analytics

  • Content creation (Native and Social) supervising and/or delivering experience

  • Website / range responsibility – traffic / communication / PR

  • Documented, successful campaigns delivered in e-commerce and automotive environments (go to market, tactical, image, loyalty etc.)

  • Agency purchasing and supervising skills and experience

  • Marketing planning experience that includes all the activities for the year

  • Good track record implementing online and off-line activities in the expected budget

  • Execution of Customer and Industry events together with sales teams (online and off-line)

  • Experience in managing and linking various stakeholders
