Job Mission

The general mission of Digital Manager will be leading a process of designing integrated digital communication within organization. 

He/She will cooperate closely with complex environment including Category Managers, Brand Managers, Digital Performance Team, CRM Team, Communication and CSR Team, both within local and HQ structures.  

He/ She will oversee that consumer message is consistent and engaging, including preparing detailed media planning, evaluation, continuous improvements and reporting for digital communication.  Digital Manager will create and place meaningful content across categories and digital channels, integrate social media activities and manage influence program. He/ She will ccontribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short term and long-range issues that must be addressed. He / She will measure and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals.

Key Responsibilities 

The key goal is to translate company’s business goals and marketing objectives into actionable & measurable digital communication programs.  

 

Content Marketing & Social Media:

  • Create and Manage comprehensive Content Marketing Strategy.   

  • Integration of social media platforms into business activities. 

  • Implement smart selling strategy connecting social media assets and sales channels. 

  • Set up and manage the Influence marketing program.  

Cross Digital Media Management: 

  • To conduct cross channel planning and evaluation of the results and KPI´s for the portfolio. 

  • Actively support long-term brand building and short-term sales media activations.  

  • Regularly update communication plans based on changing market, competition, consumer, Comtech realities. 

  • Monitor digital communication performance to plan, prepare reports, recommend and implement corrective actions as appropriate. 

  • To set up and maximize KPIs for entrusted brand communication via initiation, development and implementation of all elements of digital communication. 

  • Manage internal and external resources/vendors to meet communication goals and objectives within given deadlines. 

  • To investigate opportunities for new ways of targeting and segmentation for relevant brands, initiate the development and implement new ways of communication. To identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based  on the insights.  

  • Effectively maximize return on marketing investment by leveraging results and analysis.  Analyse data and trends and develop appropriate digital communication strategies based on that data.  

  • Initiate and lead the development of strategic questions that provide insights into the successes of Brand/marketing digital communication. 

  • To establish and maintain effective communication lines with all involved internal and external parties including other departments, central marketing, agencies, local authorities etc in order to achieve communication objectives. 

  • Closely monitor digital channels performance and evaluate their potential. 

  • Regular communication, alignment and cooperation on activities and campaigns with relevant departments in HQ (e.g. Market Research, Business Intelligence). 

  • Leading responsibility for yearly/multiple year Digital Media Planning Process in alignment with brand management. 

  • To prepare assigned presentations, reports and other documents. 

  • Oversee campaign briefing, target setting, optimization and evaluation with clear recommendation for next campaign. 

  • Manage cross channel evaluation for each campaign. 

  • Align with Performance Team monthly media plans to avoid inefficiencies. 

  • Synergize and integrate all digital media activities to avoid inefficiencies in buying and targeting.  

  • Oversee efficient content/messaging towards consumers across digital media, customer communication and sales channels.

Key requirements:

 

Professional experience: 

  • 4-5 years of job experience on a senior position in the field of digital communication. 

  • Broad experience in working within the complex media landscape touching upon brand Positioning, media planning, market research, campaign management and measurement, evaluate emerging technologies, consumer targeting. 

  • Experience having responsibility for management of substantial marketing budget. 

 

Key skills: 

  • Strong ability to identify business issues, formulate plans to resolve these issues, and effectively communicate the results to senior management. 

  • Extensive experience and perfect knowledge of Digital Marketing Craftmanship. 

  • Strategic thinking.  

  • Brand KPI /Funnel management capabilities. 

  • Omni Channel (sales) understanding and Cross Media Channel (communication) management understanding. 

  • Financial skills to manage budgets, initiate and input into Business Cases. 

  • Project management to lead innovative process, to lead and motivate extended cross functional teams in implementation of all assigned projects, with proven ability to supervise and manage effectively multiple projects and changing priorities in an extremely fast paced media environment and constantly deliver superior results within given deadlines. 

  • Strong written, presentation, creative, strategic thinking, negotiating and analytical skills with the ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels. 

  • Professional presentation skills for different audiences (sales, brand management, board, business plans). 

  • Creative and strategic mind (brands essence, image). 

  • Ability to recognize consumer trends, convert into strategies, tactics. 

  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and meet deadlines, promises. 

  • MS Office: advanced, Social Media Platforms, Online communication tools. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices and website analytics.
