The Head of Legal Generalists will be responsible for the legal general function in Europe
The job holder will be reporting to Chief Legal Officer Europe.
As the Head of Legal Generalist Europe, he/she will run one of four EU legal business units
– as such, he/she will be a peer of Head of Product Legal Compliance, Head of Corporate &
Regulatory and Head of Legal Operations .
The unit will consist of approximately 15-20 lawyers, working on 5 different markets. The
respective market leaders will report directly to the job holder.
Managing the legal generalist unit of the Company
Supervising several jurisdictions in Europe, in relation to laws and regulations that affect the company's business
Managing a team of approximately 15-20 lawyers
Anticipating business and legal trends
Managing the Unit, and cooperation with other heads of units and business stakeholders to ensure the mitigation of risks related to the legal and operational aspects of business on respective markets
✓ 10 years+ of professional experience
✓ 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, as a Head of Legal
✓ International experience - preferably as Regional Head
✓ Sensitivity to working with different cultures
✓ Track record in running legal department or business unit in a fast-growing company
✓ Experience from legal departments of top-notch technological companies would be a plus

and to be comfortable with uncertainty, as technological innovation is notorious for outpacing the law.
